Discover Snorkel Experience
Allow up-to 3 hours for this introduction to snorkelling experience with Scuba Steve, a seasoned profesional diving instuctor with over 20 years of experience.
Your experience will start with an introduction to the equipment that you will use for snorkelling as well as a briefing on safety, divers hand signals, skills and the marine life that we might see during our adventure.
Once you are kitted up in warm wetsuits, masks, snorkels and fins we will head into the water for an hour of exploration during which we will look for marine life and practice the skills we have learned.
A DryRobe and a hot drink will be waiting at the end of the experience for a well deserved warm up.
We can accomodate single snorkelers and groups of upto 6 .
Children age 8- 15 booked onto the discover snorkelling must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Adult tickets £60 age 16+

SNUBA diving bridges the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving.
No experience is needed to enjoy this increasingly popular activity.
after a 30 minute safety briefing you will don a wetsuit and head down to the water.
here you will be introduced to the SNUBA raft and how everything works.
you will breath off of a diving regulator while swimming at the surface before being lguided beneath the waves for a 30 minute SNUBA dive.
we can reach depths of upto 5 meters using SNUBA with most of the dive being made in 2 to 3 meters of water.
snorkeling experience is recomended to get the most out of this activity and we set a minimum age limit of 10 years.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Scuba Steve is an experienced PADI SCUBA diving instructor.
He is qualified to teach beginner courses, intermediate courses, Advanced courses, speciality courses, technical diving courses and professional level diving courses.
SCUBA diving courses range from one day to several weeks depending on the level and comlexity of the training.

Myself and my two teenage children had a great time snorkelling with Steve this week at Beadnell. We were all newbies to snorkelling and Steve took us through all we needed to know about how to keep safe in the water and we felt in very capable hands.
Once we got over the cold and warmed up in our wetsuits we had a great time discovering what the reef had to offer and Steve was really knowledgeable about the wildlife we could see.
I’m not the most confident in the water but really started to settle into the gentle nature of floating along spotting the fish and the crabs!
